We kicked our New Year, New You Weight Loss Challenge off on Thursday, December 29th. 14 participants weighed in and began their journey to a New Year, and a healthier life for themselves. Our participants will workout during the month at Powerhouse Gym and during the month we will post progress right here as well as tips for how you can keep those New Year’s resolutions.
