Dickson County can secure at least a tie for first place in District 10-AAA with a victory at Clarksville tonight. Meanwhile, Creek Wood must come up with a win over Montgomery Central to keep the Red Hawks’ slim playoff hopes alive. The 8-0 Cougars travel to 3-4 Clarksville looking to keep their unbeaten streak alive. With last week’s victory over Northeast, Dickson County stands alone atop the district standings with Clarksville and Henry County remaining on the schedule. The Patriots lost earlier to Northeast, meaning everyone has at least one district loss except Dickson County. Fresh off last week’s win over Waverly, the 1-6 Red Hawks host the winless Montgomery Central Indians tonight. Creek Wood and Montgomery Central are the only two 4A teams in District 11 and any hope of getting into the postseason for the Red Hawks must include a win over the Indians. Both games kick off at 7:30 pm. Dickson County-Clarksville can be heard on WDKN, The One FM and online at wdkn.com. Red Hawks-Indians will stream live on rfcsports.com.
