Dickson County High School’s Cougars will pursue their first win of the football season under the glare of television lights tonight. The Cougars’ first District 11-AAA contest against Franklin is the Thursday Night Lights game of the week on WUXP Channel 30. Franklin won its opener 28-20 over Northeast last week while the Cougars are 0-2 after non-district losses to Creek Wood and Columbia. Also tonight, Dickson Middle School looks to rebound from its first loss when the Dragons go on the road for the first time with a trip to Mt. Juliet to face the West Wilson Wildcats.
