Delayed middle school tournaments resume tonight at Harpeth and White Bluff

Sports action resumes tonight after delays caused by the closing of schools due to flooding and ice this week. The North Area Middle School Tournament continues at Harpeth Middle School tonight with Charlotte’s Tigers scheduled to face Cheatham County. The Area 1 Class A boys’ tournament championship game between the William James Colonels and McEwen is set for tonight in White Bluff. Dickson Middle School travels to Montgomery Central for a 5:30 doubleheader that can be heard on the RFC Sports Network starting at 5:15. Dickson County High School’s wrestlers are scheduled to host Greenbrier and Cheatham County today while Creek Wood goes to Rossview to face the Hawks and Hendersonville. Tomorrow, DCHS basketball hosts Henry County and Creek Wood hosts Harpeth.
