Dickson Christmas Parade through downtown set for 2 pm Sunday

The annual Dickson Christmas Parade will be held at 2 pm Sunday with the theme “Home for the Holidays.” Sponsored by the Downtown Dickson Business Association, the parade will begin lining up at Dickson County High School at 1:00. The parade will follow its traditional route, exiting the east gate at the DCHS campus and heading south on North Charlotte Street, turning left on McFarland Lane and cutting over to Highway 48. The parade turns right and heads through downtown on Main Street before turning left at the railroad tracks and cutting over to Church Street in front of the Dickson Fire Department, where it turns left and proceeds to East College Street, turning right and then ending in the parking lot at Dickson Middle School.
