A flood watch is in effect for most of Middle Tennessee from Friday evening through Sunday morning. The National Weather Service says 1-3 inches of rain is possible in the region with the heaviest rain and storms expected Saturday. A wind advisory also has been issued for today. The forecast for Friday includes a 60 percent chance of rain developing around midday with a high of 75. A cool front increases the chance of rain to 100 percent for tonight with a low of 39. Saturday is predicted to be cooler with a high of 64 and a 90 percent chance of rain and possible thunderstorms. Saturday night’s low will be around 37 degrees. A 50 percent chance of rain continues Sunday with a high of 63. Temperatures warm back up to around 70 at the start of the week with a 40 percent chance of rain for Monday.
