Governor appoints Brian Ragan to Dept. of Human Resources Board of Appeals

Dickson attorney Brian Ragan has been appointed to the Tennessee Department of Human Resources Board of Appeals. The board of appeals replaced the Civil Service Commission as the hearing tribunal for a preferred employee who is appealing a demotion, suspension or termination. A partner in the Dickson law firm of Reynolds, Potter, Ragan and Vandivort, Ragan’s appointment was recently announced by Gov. Bill Haslam along with 151 other appointments to 58 state boards and commissions.
