Help Center seeks turkey donations to assist families in need for Thanksgiving

The Dickson County Help Center is seeking donations of turkeys to help needy families over the Thanksgiving holiday. Last year the help center gave away over 150 turkeys and hams to families in need. The donations are needed by Nov. 19 to allow time for volunteers to prepare the holiday baskets. Donations will be accepted at the help center at 103 West College Street 9 am-3 pm Monday-Saturday.
