The annual Girls’ Night Out is tonight at the Tennsco Community Center and this year benefits Banebow, the non-profit organization that assists families dealing with the sudden loss of a child. Presented by Life Source Wellness Center, Girls’ Night Out features a variety of businesses and vendors with products and services geared specifically toward women. From jewelry, food and health products to cosmetics, accessories and area spas, the evening features almost two dozens participating vendors. The event is 6-9 pm and admission is $5. The first 200 participants through the door will receive a free gift bag and there will be drawings for door prizes throughout the event. Banebow was formed by former Dickson County residents Drayson and Sonya Beasley following the sudden death of their nine-month-old son Bane Alton Drake Beasley in August 2010. Banebow provides grief counseling, childcare, financial assistance and other services for families. For more information on tonight’s Girls’ Night Out, call Life Source 441-6115.
