The Dickson County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children task force has arrested four men for soliciting sex from what they believed to be elementary aged children in undercover operations over the last six weeks, including a member of the Vanleer Board of Aldermen and a Fort Campbell soldier. Alderman Westley Albright, age 40, of Oakhill Drive in Vanleer was arrested Feb. 28 on two felony charges of solicitation of a minor. ICAC Detective Scott Levasseur said Albright could face additional charges because he allegedly also solicited another undercover officer posing an an elementary school-aged child. Albright is free on $20,000 bond. Albright was re-elected to another two-year term on the Vanleer Board of Aldermen in November. Sgt. Anthony Sims of Fort Campbell was arrested on three counts of soliciting a minor Feb. 6 and is free on $30,000 bond. 46-year-old Donald Blackwell of Murfreesboro was arrested Jan. 22 on three counts of solicitation of a minor and is fee on $50,000 bond. 62-year-old Charles Raymer of Nashville was arrested March 6 on one count of solicitation of a minor and is free on $5,000 bond.
